Return Policy: - They offer size or model exchanges only. No refunds on any of their DOT Helmets. - To exchange a helmet, you need to get a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting them at 1.866.334.3563. - An RA number must be issued within 7 days of delivery receipt. - The RA number you receive must be clearly marked on the outside of the box and on your original invoice. - Your original invoice must be returned with your helmet, including a reason for your exchange and what you're wanting to exchange for. - Helmet exchanges without an RA number or after 7 days of delivery will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense. - All helmets being exchanged must meet certain conditions to be accepted: they must be returned in their original condition, in new, unworn, unsoiled, undamaged, and in resellable condition.

Shipping Policy: - They do not accept rush orders or express shipping. - They ship only with the United States Postal Service, Priority mail, USPS. - For military orders, they offer free shipping but only to a military base address, for up to two helmets.

They are not responsible for any helmet that was purchased in any store, unless it is a warranty issue due to a manufacturing defect. In that case, please contact them. You will need your receipt and a Warranty Return number to return a helmet for warranty purposes. They do not pay for helmets to be returned but will ship the replacement for free.
